With over 30 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing, Monica Banks acts as a consultant and fractional Marketing executive to small businesses, start-ups & entrepreneurs. Monica uses her diverse experience in marketing, market research, PR, influencer marketing and branding to help develop GTM strategies, as well as drive awareness and growth for her clients. Prior to consulting, Monica was Vice President of Accounts at Sterling Brands where she served the agency's largest accounts including P&G (Gillette, Pampers), Abbott Labs, Dunkin Donuts and Stonyfield Farms.
